The Senate of Pakistan had observed that Urdu translation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as ’’خیبر پختونخواہ‘‘    being used in official documents is incorrect. The House has unanimously passed Resolution and recommended to correctly use the Urdu translation of the same as ’’خیبر پختونخوا‘‘ .

Accordingly, all banks / DFIs / MFBs are advised to correctly write Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Urdu as ’’خیبر پختونخوا‘‘  in all official documents and ensure strict compliance of these instructions.
