Dear Sir/Madam,

Minimum Margin Restriction on Import Letters of Credit

Please refer to BPRD Circular Letter No.05 of 2009 dated March 03, 2009 on the captioned subject.

It has been decided to waive the condition of cash margin requirement on HS Code 0713 (Leguminous Vegetables, Dried Shelled).

Banks are advised to comply with the above mentioned instructions immediately. However, the other instructions on the subject will remain unchanged.
