Dear Sirs/Madams,

MARGIN RESTRICTIONS FOR FINANCING AGAINST THE
SECURITY OF SUGAR STOCK (BOTH RAW AND REFINED)

Please refer to BPRD Circular No. 2 dated February 9, 2009 on the above subject.

It is clarified that the Cash Margin requirement imposed vide aforesaid Circular is not applicable to financing facilities given for cane procurement for the on-going crushing season.

Other instructions on the subject will remain the same.
