Please refer to BPRD Circular Letter No. 39 dated December 31, 2008 on the above subject.

2. Based on the representation received from the banks, indicating difficulties in meeting the extended deadline of June 30, 2009 for complying with the instructions issued vide aforesaid Circular Letter, it has been decided to extend the date for meeting the subject requirement up to September 30, 2009.

3. Banks / DFIs shall continue to provide information on progress made on the subject on fortnightly basis, within seven days of the close of each fortnight, as per the following format.

4. All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
