Dear Sir/ Madam,

Minimum Margin Restriction on Import Letter of Credit

Please refer to BPRD Circular Letter No.32 dated November 11, 2008 on the captioned subject. It has been decided to waive the condition of 35% cash margin requirement on import Letters of Credit on enclosed list.

However, other instructions contained in the above referred Circular Letter will remain unchanged.

Please acknowledge receipt.

Encl: Additional list of items which require no cash margin on import L/C
