Minimum Margin Restriction on Import Letter of Credit

Please refer to BPRD Circular Letter No.26 dated September 08, 2008 on the captioned subject. It has been decided to waive the condition of 35% cash margin requirement on import Letters of Credit for the items mentioned in the enclosed list.

Other instructions contained in the above referred Circular Letter shall, however, remain unchanged..
