Please refer to BPRD Circular Letter No.26 dated September 08, 2008 on the captioned subject. It has been decided to waive the condition of 35% cash margin requirement on import Letters of Credit for the items mentioned in the enclosed list.

Other instructions contained in the above referred Circular Letter shall, however, remain unchanged.
