It
has been decided to extend the list of exempted items
requiring no cash margin on import Letters of Credit.
List of additional exempted items is enclosed herewith.
These instructions shall be enforced with immediate effect.
However,
other instructions contained in the above referred Circular
Letter will remain unchanged.
