Dear Sir / Madam,

Minimum Margin Restriction on Import Letters of Credit

Please refer to BPRD Circular No.06 dated May 22, 2008 on the above subject.

It has been decided to extend the list of exempted items requiring no cash margin on import Letters of Credit. List of additional exempted items is enclosed herewith. These instructions shall be enforced with immediate effect.

However, other instructions contained in the above referred Circular will remain unchanged.

Please acknowledge the receipt.
