Please refer to the BPRD Circular No.03 dated April 09, 2008 on the above subject.

2. In terms of the above referred Regulations, banks/DFIs were advised to adjust the exposure over and above limits prescribed in the Regulations within a period of three months from the date of issuance of these Regulations.

3. On the representation of banks, it has been decided to extend the deadline for regularization of the exposure upto 30th June 2009.

All other instruction on the subject shall remain unchanged.
