Dear Sir / Madam,

Imposition of 100% LC Margin on Non-Essential and Luxury Items

It has been decided to impose an LC Margin of 100% with immediate effect on the import of Non-essential and Luxurious Items as per lists attached as Annexure-I (Luxury and Non-Essential Items) except Item No. 14 & 15 and Annexure-II (Additional Non-Essential Items).

All other instructions on the subject issued from time to time as last amended vide BPRD Circular Letter No. 16 dated 26th June, 2008 shall remain unchanged.
