It has been decided with immediate effect to include the name of Japan Credit Rating Agency Limited (JCRA) alongside three other foreign credit rating agencies viz. Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s and Fitch-Ibca wherever appeared in different sets of Prudential Regulations.

All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
