CORRESPONDENCE WITH SBP

Please refer to the instructions issued vide BPD Circular No.32 dated November 16, 2002 wherein it was advised that all references seeking clarification on SBP instructions should be forwarded by at-least Departmental/Business/Group Head.

2. It has now been decided that all references, clarifications, correspondence addressed to SBP, except routine and prescribed statements/returns/information, shall be signed at least at the level of Departmental/Business/Group Head. Please notify the above instructions to the all concerned down the line in your bank for meticulous compliance for expeditious processing and disposal of issues/matters.

3. This supersedes BPD Circular No.32 dated November 16, 2002.
