INFORMATION UNDER SECTION 19 OF NATIONAL
ACCOUNTABILITY ORDINANCE, 1999

It has been decided, in consultation with NAB, that information/data required by the Bureau under Section 19 of NA Ordinance shall henceforth be collected from Banks/DFIs through “NAB Cell” of Banking Policy Department of SBP. However, the NAB’s authorized officials, whose names & specimen signatures are attached, can also obtain the information under Section 19 of NA Ordinance directly from the Banks/DFIs on case-to-case basis. The Banks/DFIs are advised to cooperate with the authorized officials of NAB for expeditious supply of accurate/complete information.
