Dear Sirs/ Madam,

Long Term Financing for Export Oriented Project (LTF-EOP) eligibility thereof

Please refer to the Para 3 A (a) of the BPD Circular No. 14 dated 18th May, 2004 according to which machinery used for setting up of combined effluent and waste water treatment plants are eligible for financing under the scheme but upto the extent of each unit only.

In this regard it is advised that, henceforth, imported machinery required for setting up of Combined Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs), to be established under a separate corporate entity by the Associations of trade body or an industrial area shall also be eligible for financing under the captioned scheme.
