Dear Sirs/Madam,

 

ASSESSING THE FITNESS AND PROPRIETY OF KEY EXECUTIVES

Please refer to para 1, items (a) to (g) of BPD Circular No. 11 dated April 5, 2003 on the captioned subject.
2. In this connection, it has now been decided to also include Head of Information Technology in the list of key executives having functional responsibility to whom “Fit & Proper Test” shall apply. Accordingly, the revised list of said key executives would be as follows: -

   a) Chief Financial Officer/Head of Finance/Head of Accounts
    b) Head of Internal Audit
    c) Country Treasurer
    d) Head of Credit/Risk Management
    e) Head of Operations
    f) Head of Compliance
    g) Head of Human Resources
    h) Head of Information Technology

3. The Prudential Regulation G-1 (E) also stands amended accordingly. All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
