In
order to facilitate the stakeholders in providing timely assistance/clarification
on various directives, circulars etc issued by Banking
Policy Department, an electronic
“Help Desk” has been created. We will endeavour to
reply to each query within 72 hours from the date of its receipt.
Accordingly, all banks/DFIs are advised to forward their queries
to the helpdesk either on the following URL, or through SBP
website under
“our contact”.

While forwarding any query on BPD Help Desk, the same
may be cleared and
forwarded to the State Bank at-least by the Departmental/
Business/ Group Head of your institution as per instructions
contained in BPD Circular No. 32 dated 16th
November, 2002.
