Please refer to BSD Circular No. 44 dated the 17th December, 1998 read with the BSD Circular No. 35 dated the 28^th September, 2001 on the captioned subject.

2.       It is clarified that export refinance facility may be allowed against export of ‘Henna Powder’ under the Export Finance Scheme. Accordingly a revised  “Negative List” of the commodities not eligible under the Scheme is attached herewith.

3.       The above instructions will come into force with immediate effect.
