Please
refer to the captioned Scheme circulated vide BCD Circular
No. 4 dated the 26th January, 1982 read with subsequent
instructions issued from time to time.

It is advised that the instructions contained in the
above Circulars will now also be applicable on sub-contractor(s).
The sub-contractor(s) can, therefore, avail financing
facilities under the captioned Scheme, provided; i) the payment
for such supplies is received by them from the main contractor
in foreign currency against LCs established by the main supplier,
and ii) the financing facilities have not been already availed
by the main supplier for the work assigned to the sub contractor(s).

Other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
