Dear Sirs,

EMPLOYMENT OF STATE BANK PERSONNEL IN BANKS/NBFIs

 

Instances have come to the notice of the State Bank where the Banks/NBFIs have entertained applications/selected employees of the State Bank without asking for a “No Objection Certificate” from SBP or seeking the application through proper channel.

2.    While we do not intend to restrict the chances of SBP employees from pursuing other career opportunities, it is expected from the banks/NBFIs to seek a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from the State Bank before entertaining applications for employment of SBP employees in future.  This will enable SBP to better plan for and manage its human resources.

3.     Please be guided accordingly and acknowledge receipt.
