dated 28th September 2001 regarding the captioned
subject.
It
is clarified that Asafoetida (Hing - H.S. Code 1301.90) and
Lithospermum Vestitum (Rattan Jot - HS Code 1401.20) presently
falling under Crude Vegetable Material of the Negative List
are eligible items / commodities for concessionary finance
facilities under Export Finance Scheme. Accordingly, the following
changes may please be made in the Negative list against Item
No. 5 thereof: -
