DIRECTIVE UNDER BANKING COMPANIES ORDINANCE, 1962 
–MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

 

Please refer to our BPRD Circular No. 03 dated 31st January, 2000 on the captioned subject. 

2.       In this connection it has been decided that from now onwards the required information may be sent to the Director, Banking Supervision Department, State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi.

3.       The other instructions as contained in the above referred circular shall remain unchanged.
