be used in connection with drawings on or by Treasury Agencies

telegram charges to be charged in addition.
Offices
and branches of the National Bank will have discretion to
sell at lower rates to the public but Treasury Agencies will
invariably charge at full rates.
Exchange
charged on remittances under the following heads will be credited
to Exchange Account at the office of issue:--
(A)
Paragraph 2A(1), and (2) and (3), 2B(1), (2) and
(3), 2C(1) and (2).
(B)
Paragraph 3A (1), (2) and (3), 3B(1) and (2).
(4)
Exchange charged on remittances under the following heads
will be collected by Treasury Agencies at the rates shown
herein, and will be credited to the State Bank through the
accounts of the Provincial Accountants General:--
