Dear Sir/ Madam,

Acceptance of Surplus Cash Currencies by SBP from the Authorized Dealers

Attention of the Authorized Dealers (ADs) is invited to FSCD Circular No. 4 dated February 16, 2007 on the subject. In this regard it has been decided that besides existing facility of accepting cash US Dollars, henceforth State Bank of Pakistan will accept cash U.K. Pound Sterling, Euro and UAE Dirhams as well from the Authorized Dealers against credit in their Nostro Accounts as per the laid down procedure.

Authorized Dealers are requested to bring the above to the notice of all their constituents.
