Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to our Circular Letter No. 01 /IPU/2(47)-2005 dated 11th February 2005 on the captioned subject. In this regard it is clarified that the condition of opening of L/Cs within 15 days is applicable only for import of Raw Sugar.
