It is clarified for the information of all the Authorized Dealers that the import of raw sugar by the private sector is allowed without limit / time bar, from worldwide sources except India and Israel. Therefore, Authorized Dealers may establish LCs for the import of raw sugar without obtaining prior approval from State Bank.
