25% FREIGHT SUBSIDY ON EXPORT

Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to the Circular letter No. 1/EPP-(51)FS-2003 dated the 4th January 2003 providing the copies of Public Notice and relative documents containing eligibility criteria and procedure for claiming freight subsidy.

2. Export Promotion Bureau vide their Public Notice No. 2(2)/2003-PPI dated the 11th November 2003 have issued revised rules and regulations pertaining to 25% Freight Subsidy on Export. A set of these rules and regulations governing the Scheme of Freight Subsidy is enclosed for information, guidance and necessary action of the Authorized Dealers.

3. In order to access the Annexures mentioned in the revised Public Notice pertaining to list of New Markets, Commodities, Application Form, Summary claim and Freight Subsidy Claim etc., Authorized Dealers are advised to visit Export Promotion Bureau’s website (www.epb.gov.pk).

4. Please bring the above to the notice of the concerned constituents accordingly.
