ESTABLISHMENT OF HELP DESK

In order to facilitate the stakeholders in providing timely assistance/ clarification on various directives, circulars etc issued by Exchange Policy Department, it has been decided to set up a “Help Desk”. This will also help to reply to each query on urgent basis. Accordingly, all Banks/DFIs and other concerns are advised to forward their queries to the “Help Desk” through SBP website under “Our Contact”.
