Please refer to F.E. Circular No. 03 dated the 12th March, 2003 on the captioned subject.

It is advised that in Para 2 of the aforesaid Circular the date may be read as 15th March, 2003 instead of 15th March, 2002.

Other terms and conditions of the Scheme shall remain unchanged.
