Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to the instructions contained in F.E. Circular No. 18 dated the 26th September, 2000 whereby it was allowed to import Raw Sugar for the purpose of refining into white sugar at zero rate of duty.

2. In pursuance of the decision of ECC of the Cabinet, the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, it has been decided to enhance the limit by 100,000 metric tons of Raw Sugar in addition to quantity of 500,000 metric tons already allowed vide our F.E. Circular referred to above.

3. Other terms and conditions mentioned in our above referred F.E. Circular would, however, remain unchanged.
