Dear Sirs,

REMITTANCE OF SURPLUS PASSAGE/FREIGHT
COLLECTION ON FOREIGN AIRLINES AND
GSA OF FOREIGN AIRLINES

Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to Para 4 of F. E. Circular No.10 dated the 27th August, 2001 regarding the above.

2. It has since been decided to amend the above Para as under:-

“Any irregularity detected and advised by the State Bank shall be rectified by the concerned airline within 90 days on receipt of such advice failing which the amount under objection will be adjusted from the subsequent remittances.”

3. Other instructions, however, remain unchanged.
