Dear Sirs,

DELAYED REALIZATION OF EXPORT PROCEEDS

Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to F.E. Circular No.12 dated the 29th July 2000.

2. The instructions envisaged in F. E. Circular referred to above have been withdrawn with immediate effect. However, the method and period of payment as prescribed in para 6 (a) Chapter XII of the Foreign Exchange Manual (Seventh Edition, 1992) will mutatis mutandis apply for export proceeds.
