Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to F.E. Circular No. 16 dated 13th September 2000.

2. Consequent upto changes in Appendix IV vol. I of the foreign exchange manual, we forward herewith a copy of revised list after re-alloting prefixes to the banks.

3. Please bring the above changes to the notice of your constituents.
