Attention of Authorised Dealers is invited to Para B.5 of FE Circular No. 25 of 1998 in terms of which it is permissible for the Authorised Dealers to lend such fund to borrows in Pakistan subject to observance of relevant regulations. The interest/profit on such loans was to be paid by the borrower from his own resources.

2. It has now been decided that interest/profit on grade loans, extended to the importers and exporters under paragraph B(5) of FE 25 of 1998, is to be paid from the Inter bank Market.
