Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to F.E Circular No. 77 dated the 30th November, 1993 and F.E.Circular No. 51 dated the 22nd June, 1994 regarding sanction imposed by United nation's Security Council against Libya.

It has now been decided to withdraw the restriction pertaining to foreign exchange imposed against Libya.
