Attention of the Authorised Dealers is invited to F.E. Circular No. 25 dated October 15, 1999 regarding suspension of forward sales and purchases of foreign exchange by them. With the return of normalcy in the foreign exchange and financial markets, it has been decided to withdraw the restriction imposed through the above Circular on forward sales and purchases with effect from Thursday the 28th October, 1999.
