All Authorized Money Changers

Dear Sirs,

Attention of Authorised Money Changers is invited to F.E. Circular No. 23 dated the 14th october, 1999.

In exercise of powers conferred upon State Bank of Pakistan under section 3A of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947, it has been decided that Offices of Authorised Money Changers shall remain closed for public dealing upto Sunday, the 24th October, 1999.

Authorised Money Changers are accordingly directed to keep their business places closed for business and not to conduct any foreign exchange transaction upto the 24th October, 1999.
