All Authorized Money Changers

Dear Sirs,

In terms of Section 3A of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947, it has been decided that Offices of Authorised Money Changers shall remain closed for public dealing on Wednesday the 13th October, 1999.

Authorised Money Changers are accordingly directed to keep their business places closed for business and no foreign exchange transaction will be made.
