EXCHANGE RATE MECHANISM

In term of F.E Circular No. 52 dated the 19th December, 1998, the composition of Official exchange rate and Floating Interbank exchange rate was prescribed in the ratio of 20:80. Effective Thursday, 11th March 1999, the composition of Official exchange rate and Floating Interbank exchange rate will be in the ratio of 5:95. Other instructions remain unchanged
