REPORTING
OF REMITTANCE OF ROYALTY / TECHNICAL FEE AND DIVIDEND ON
APPENDICES V-58 & V-59.
It terms
of Paras 10
(a) III (b)
and 13
(d) & (e)
of Chapter
XIV of Foreign Exchange Manual, Seventh Edition 1992,
designated Authorized Dealers are required to report remittance
on account of Royalty / Technical fee and Dividend together
with the supporting application i.e., Appendix
V-58 for Royalty / Technical Fee & Appendix
V-59 for Dividend. It has been decided that henceforth
the Authorized Dealers shall submit two copies of the applications
i.e., Appendix
V-58 & Appendix
V-59 with their monthly returns.
2.
Consequently following amendments in Chapter XIV are made:-
The
word "Duplicate" appearing in Para 10 (a) III
(i)
and Para 13 (d) (i) shall
be replaced by the word "triplicate".
