ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
OF THE AGREEMENTS FOR ROYALTY / TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Attention
of the Authorized Dealers is invited to Para
10 (a) (II), Chapter
XIV of the Foreign Exchange Manual (1992 Edition) in
terms of which local firms / companies engaged in manufacturing
are required to send to us authenticated copy of the Agreement
relating to payment of Royalty / Technical Fee through their
bankers for our acknowledgement. With a view to ensuring
prompt action in the matter, it has been decided that requests
for such acknowledgements shall be made to us on a prescribed
application form as per Annexure
'A' attached to this Circular.

Accordingly, following sentence may be added after the full
stop in the 9th lines of Para
10 (a) (II), Chapter
XIV of the Manual ibid:
"Application for acknowledgement
will be made on Form prescribed in Annexure
'A' ".
