Dear Sirs,

We have to advise that the name of Bank of Tokyo Ltd. has since been changed to Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi Ltd. Accordingly, Authorized Dealers may make necessary correction at item No.9 App.IV (1) – Vol.I of the Foreign Exchange Manual (7^th Edition 1992).

 

 

2. Attention of the Authorized Dealers is also invited to F.E. Circular No.7 dated the 11^th March, 1996. The words "Assistant Director" appearing in third line of para 2 and in sub-para (ii) of para 4 of the said circular may be replaced by the words "Joint Director".
