Attention
of the Authorized Dealers is invited to Notification No.SRO
901(I)/95 dated the 10th September, 1995 issued
by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad
regarding export of 1995-96 Crop Cotton by the private sector
exporters. The text of the said Notification is reproduced
overleaf for strict compliance. Authorized Dealers should
ensure while certifying 'E'
forms that the price given in the 'E'
form is not less than the price given in the contract
registered by the Export Promotion Bureau.

NOTIFICATION
Islamabad,

S.R.O.901(1)/95.
– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(1) of section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act,
1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government is pleased
to allow the export of cotton of 1995-96 crop by the private
sector exporters subject to the condition that the contracts
for export of cotton by such exporters are registered with
the Export Promotion Bureau, Government of Pakistan and
the original registration certificate is presented to the
Customs authorities alongwith shipping documents.
