FOREIGN CURRENCY LOANS

Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to F.E. Circular No. 24 dated the 20^th July, 1995, on the captioned subject.

It has now been decided to also permit exporters to obtain one consolidated loan against all the contracts/letters of credit received during a calendar month or against all contracts/letters of credit covering shipments during a calendar month.

2. Other terms and conditions laid down in F.E. Circular No. 24 dated the 20^th July, 1995 will remain unchanged.
