PAKISTAN’S
CREDIT OF US$ 50 MILLION TO IRAQ
Attention of the Authorized
Dealers is invited to F.E. Circular No.
63 dated the 18th September, 1994 on the
captioned subject.
2. The terminal date
for completing shipments under the above Credit against
the clearances issued by State Bank of Pakistan in terms
of F.E. Circular No. 35 dated the 31st
March, 1994 has further been extended upto the 31st
January, 1995. The shipments/payments to the exporters by
State Bank of Pakistan against the aforesaid category of
clearances will be subject to the validity of the United
Nations Sanction Committee’s clearances on the basis
of which State Bank’s clearances on the basis of which
State Bank’s clearances were issued.
