AGREEMENTS FOR TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGY PAYMENT OF ROYALTY/TECHNICAL FEE TO THE FOREIGN COLLABORATORS

Attention of Authorized Dealers in invited to F.E. Circular No. 101 dated the 23^rd December, 1992 and No. 7 dated the 20^th January, 1993 regarding payments of Royalty/Technical Fee to the foreign collaborators.

2. It has been further decided to amend F.E. Circular No.101 of 1992 as under:-

Para 10 (a) (I):
Following words appearing in the "Note" after the word "allowed" and before the words " for simple" may be deleted:-

 

 

"On consumer’s goods or"

Para 10 (a) (III):
Following sub-para (iv) may be added after
Sub-para 10.(a). (III) – (iii):-

iv) "The applicant company must be incorporated and operating in Pakistan."
