PAKISTAN’S CREDIT OF US$ 50 MILLION TO IRAQ

Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to F.E. Circular No. 47 dated the 12^th June, 1994 on the captioned subject.

2. It has since been decided that the Clearances issued to the exporters in terms of F.E. Circular No. 35 dated the 31^st March, 1994 which stand cancelled in terms of F.E. Circular No. 47 dated the 12^th June, 1994 because of expiry of the validity of United Nations Sanction Committee’s clearances shall be deemed to have been revived for shipment upto the 30^th September, 1994 provided the exporters produce to the concerned Authorized Dealer, United Nations Sanctions Committee’s revalidation (for shipment upto the 30^th September, 1994) of the clearances on the basis of which State Bank of Pakistan’s clearances were issued.
