TRADE EMBARGO ON HAITI

It is advised that Resolution No.841(1993) adopted unanimously by the United Nations! Security Council in its 3238th meeting on 16th June, 1993 imposes trade embargo against Haiti requiring all the States to prevent sale or supply, by their nationals or from their territories or using their Flag vessels or aircraft’s of petroleum or petroleum products or arms and ammunitions. It also prohibits any and all traffic from entering Haiti carrying petroleum, petroleum products or arms and related material of all types.
