Dear Sirs,

The seventh edition of Foreign Exchange Manual 1992 has been published in two volumes. Volume I contains the text and Notifications etc. and Volume II contains Foreign Exchange forms etc. The new edition of the Manual incorporates amendments and modifications in the rules and regulations made up to 31st March, 1992. Authorized Dealers are advised to update the new edition of the Manual with the help of the F.E. Circulars through which amendments have been made in the Manual after the aforesaid date.

2. Head Offices of Authorized Dealers may obtain their requirements (including those of their branches and constituents) of the Manual from Public Relations Department, State Bank of Pakistan, Central Directorate, Karachi on payment of Rs.450/- per set of two Volumes through a cheque drawn in favour of State Bank of Pakistan. Buyers of the Foreign Exchange Manual other than Authorized Dealers may purchase the same directly from our Public Relations Department on cash payment of Rs.450/- (Rupees four hundred and fifty only).
